The Fraunhofer Institute for Physical Measurement Techniques presents solutions for inline and random testing of components for impurities and surface cleanliness. Both particulate and filmic impurities and defects can be detected fast and very precisely with these inline inspection systems. The F-Scanner 2D and F-Camera mini detect filmic and particulate impurities with high resolution based on imaging fluorescence. Surf-Inspect bot inspects the component surface directly for particles and classifies the detected particles according to type and size.
