The slightest contamination on contact surfaces are a problem in the production of highly integrated components such as printed circuit boards. The high-precision inspection of surface cleanliness and coatings is therefore crucial for the quality of the components. The F-Camera mini inspection system from the Fraunhofer Institute for Physical Measurement Techniques IPM inspects surfaces in production with a resolution in the micrometer range.
