The CLOU project has officially started. This project is designed for further education programs in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry. For this purpose, CLOU unites three vocational training service providers with a focus on the chemical industry as well as six other network partners from industry and research. In cooperation with companies, research institutes and educational institutions, the goal is to promote vertical and horizontal further education as well as the permeability between vocational and university education.
As one of the project partners, the Fraunhofer FEP and the Saxon Education Society for Environmental Protection and Chemical Professions Dresden mbH are setting up an additional professional qualification as a specialist in cleaning technology. This is an important building block for the future viability of employee qualification in industrial parts cleaning, in addition to the existing continuing education course.
