The Business Area Cleaning of Fraunhofer is now a member of the newly founded German Industrial Cleaning Association DIRV e.V. The goal of the association is to make industrial cleaning operations safer, to create training modules, to provide a platform for the exchange of interests between members and other associations and to promote automation or mechanization. The Business Area Cleaning of Fraunhofer was able to present itself and engage in many technical discussions at this year's general meeting and roadshow, which was held from September 8th to 10th at the member company Lobbe Industrieservice GmbH & Co KG in Mutterstadt. Frank-Holm Rögner - head of Business Area Cleaning of Fraunhofer- will be involved in several DIRV working groups, including on ultrasonic procedures, the creation of a manual and in the area of continuing education.
