The year 2022 was eventful – especially for the InnoVET-Project CLOU!
After the first status meeting of the cooperation partners and the premiere of the new CLOU-Film in July, the test phase of the first training course "Certified professional specialist (m/f/d) for industrial parts cleaning" started at the end of September.
Nine participants took up the challenge of investing 420 hours part-time for almost a year in order to obtain this new advanced training degree at the IHK Dresden.
In the current evaluation phase of the CLOU project, the further training is free of charge, but requires additional effort from the participants for evaluation discussions and the acceptance of necessary corrections and the testing of different forms of learning.
The basic module started on September 26th of this year with an attendance week in Dresden, which is important for the start and the development of the learning group. "Without the first week of attendance, we wouldn't be able to work together as effectively in the online seminars today," says one participant with certainty.
In the basic module, the theoretical basics of industrial parts cleaning were taught in weekly online seminars and the interim self-learning phases with the support of a learning management system.
From December 12th to 16th, the basic module was completed in a second week of attendance in Dresden and the advanced module started. This is about learning and consolidating skills training, applying basic knowledge in industrial tasks. This exciting phase will be supported by two internship weeks in Dresden and Stuttgart. On the first of June 2023, the written exam at the IHK Dresden awaits the highly motivated participants.
