Part-time training program “Certified Professional Specialist (m/f/d) for Industrial Parts Cleaning - BSTR"

To continue training excellent specialists, the Fraunhofer FEP, in cooperation with SBG Dresden, will once again offer the part-time training program "Certified Professional Specialist (m/f/d) for Industrial Parts Cleaning – BSTR" starting from September 15, 2025.

Our practice-oriented and part-time training program with a solid knowledge base guarantees applicable skills in one's own field of activity. Through the final IHK examination, the acquired skills can also be certified as a qualification.

 

Framework conditions

• Start: September 15, 2025
• Duration: 9 months (part-time) with a total of 420 teaching hours
• Format: Combination of a total of 5 on-site weeks in Dresden and Stuttgart, weekly online classes, and self-study phases
• Qualification: Certified Specialist for Industrial Parts Cleaning (IHK)

 

Contents and Objectives of the Training
The practice-oriented training program provides comprehensive foundational knowledge on industrial parts cleaning and technical cleanliness. In addition to understanding process chains, skills in error detection and root cause analysis are also trained. The participants learn to integrate cleaning processes into complex manufacturing workflows and to plan them efficiently.
