Fraunhofer-Business Area Cleaning
An exciting participation in the Bundeswehr Logistik Forum 2025 is behind us. But what does industrial parts cleaning have to do with Bundeswehr logistics?
Quite simply: Cleaning processes are an essential part of maintenance and servicing, among other things, to prevent wear and ensure availability and safety. Efficient logistical service delivery must be ensured equally across all logistical areas during times of crisis and war.
In line with this, Fraunhofer FEP participated in the Bundeswehr Logistics Forum at the Erfurt Exhibition Center on September 9-10, 2025. At a joint booth, as a member of the Smart Maintenance Community of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, we presented effective cleaning processes along the entire logistics chain.
In addition to a packed conference program, there were numerous exciting poster presentations to experience. We were able to establish many new contacts and hopefully convinced some visitors of the importance of industrial cleaning processes for Bundeswehr logistics.
